Teens & Kids Classes

VISIT US AT 51 Commerce St, Whangarei

Get your teens and kids active.

Kids these days spend longer periods of time glued to playing video games or watching movies. Give them the opportunity to be active, having fun and create relationships with their peers.

After all, kids and teens love fun and games.

We have just the class for the young boys and girls that combines movement and agile play for 6-to-11 year old’s and then separate classes for teens. We know their needs differ.

Fitness goals, social skills, teamwork and more

Here at Studio 51, we highlight activities that focus on coordination, balance, teamwork, and social skills.

Children and teens learn and experience from doing, so we make sure our classes are ability appropriate and even more importantly fun.

If your child is outside of the class age brackets, younger or you have concerns about the class activities, feel free to ask us questions!

Let movement become their new normal. Get in touch with Studio 51!

Kids Classes – 6- 11

Teen Classes – 12-17

Goals for today. Learnings for a lifetime.

If your kids fall outside of these brackets, simply reach out to us, and subject to a mobility assessment and catch up we will endeavor to help ensure your teens and kids have mobility in their day to day lives.

We are proud to help support young adults to understand how movement can be at the heart of everyday actions and ensure everyone loves the body they are in.

I went to see Nicci on my wife’s recommendation after developing extreme lumbar muscular pain.
As a 38 year old male, this is not something I would normally have made time for, but the results were remarkable.

Within 3 days I was completely pain free. I found Nicci very professional, first localising my pain and then taking me through some targeted stretching.

I strongly recommend seeing Nicci and taking her advice.
