Small Group Exercise Classes and Fitness Support

Challenge your body, push your limits! Get up-close attention from our personal trainers in a small group setting. Our small group fitness classes are at a maximum of 6 clients per class.

Each class guarantees more personal interaction time with the trainers to ensure safe technique.

Not Bootcamp

Getting back into exercise can be fit and fun! Get a good workout through the right mix of 3D movements, strength, and mobility exercises. This is a great way to learn the ropes- all without the intensity of a tough bootcamp. That said this is one of our most popular classes for those looking to get safely back into exercise and work on injury recovery.

Mens Strength Classes

Get into best shape while building strength and mobility with the lads! This small exercise group is a spot for men to come together and work out a sweat. Forget how heavy you can lift, good technique will always prevent injury.  Elevate your cardiovascular fitness and shred your body in this 45 minute class led by Studio51’s best personal trainers.

Full Body Burn

Build a better, toned body using a good combination of games centered on cardio, strength and mobility. Surround yourself with a small group of people working towards the same fitness goal. For parents, it takes a lot to stay fit, and this is the perfect class to hit right after a school drop off. 

Ladies Strength Classes

Challenge all your muscle groups through various feats of strength and metabolic conditioning. Start training with our personal trainers. Within ladies strength classes we will incorporate a hybrid fitness style that uses various exercises to ensure a complete workout. This class will help you achieve greater strength and overall body tone.

Mums Class

Studio 51 offers MUMS, or EXPECTANT MUMS a dedicated class to help nurture your body.

This class is here to help women rebuild their confidence, strength and fitness after having a baby. For expectant mothers, we want you to feel confident in a fitness setting, and this studio class is tailored to you and where you are in your pregnancy. 

We always provide for pregnancy and post natal within all our classes here at Studio 51. The difference within this class is it is purely for mums and expectant mums and provides additional reassurance that they will be looked after, rebuilding strength after giving birth or maintaining that fitness level if pregnant. 

Studio 51 believes in having strong foundations, all our exercises will be safe for diastasis recti (abdominal separation), for women who have had a C section, or a weak/overactive pelvic floor. 

Workouts are designed to challenge you but are tailored to your individual level – we encourage you to work at your pace, focusing on maintaining correct form as we rebuild your strength. Looking after YOU and your health here at Studio 51.

Low Impact Strength Class

Are you looking for a strength class but new to the idea of building strength within your body? Our low Impact Strength Class is the perfect solution.

This class is designed to build your confidence with strength training. Our class will help you realise your full potential in your everyday workouts.

Our LOW IMPACT STRENGTH class is a full-body training program that you can do at home with just dumbbells. Get ready to feel good inside and out!  

Studio 51 brings you a low impact strength class, that is all about learning the foundations of strength within the body, and ensuring the correct activation of your body’s key areas; core, glutes, and back muscles. 

Anyone can attend this class, however space is strictly limited, to ensure that individualised attention can given. Increase your body’s mobility and flexibility, and improve your posture. All without putting pressure on your joints!
