You will come to understand how our bodies actually move and how you can activate the right muscle. Work on specific goals or rehab an injury, our personal trainers are experts at movement and can help you push yourself, achieve your goals and set new body challenges.

Buddy Personal Training

With the right workout buddy, you can achieve improvement in your core at a higher fitness level. Invite your friend (aka buddy) to come along, create friendly competition but more importantly achieve your goals – together. Whether one person is doing the workout and one person doing the movement training or competing head-to-head, its all about training safe and for your individual body. This buddy system is all about enriching your workout experience as you are more inclined to do the proper form, explore movement ranges and enjoy repeat activity sets together.
