• Studio HIIT

Have a blast every Monday, Wednesday, & Friday. A 30 minute high-energy class at 12:15pm that’s sure to raise your heart rate and even work on your mobility issues. Get the total body workout you need! Workout with a fun and fit crowd that will motivate you to reach your goals and keep moving!

Studio Mayhem

Enjoy the fun social side to fitness while pushing your body to work harder than normal. This group class entails a power combo of aerobic and strength conditioning through HIIT, boxing, functional fitness, 3D movements, and body weight exercises. Achieve greater strength and feel good about your body. We make working out in groups more exciting!

Dawn Breakers

Rise and shine! Please take note this is a Maunu Class – there are two 6am classes available at the moment for early risers on Tuesday and Friday mornings held at Maunu School. This is open for everyone of all abilities as we create the programme to make sure everyone can take part and see the day in right. Feel the burn as you power your way through at the start of the day!

Studio Box/ Maunu

A popular class everyone should try out! Fitness boxing workouts are great for toning your body while building brute strength. In the process, you also gain rapid-fast reflexes and enhance your overall fitness levels. Sweat it out with a partner and keep the hard punches coming towards the focus pads. Kids and parents are welcome to give it a go and train together!

Stretch & Mobility

Get your groove back with this essential low-intensity stretch and mobility session! Feel lighter and freer as you improve your range of movements and increase your flexibility through this group class devoted entirely on the body’s movement and mobility. Be prepared to use foam rollers, spikey balls, and flush sticks. The class will help you gain insight on how to deal with pain and muscle soreness through different techniques to improve your overall functional movement.
